City Updates

The city changes most weeks.

This is everything that's landed, dated and in order — the good stuff and the honest heads-ups. If you want to know whether a server is actually being worked on, this is the page to read.

Two towns, knocked down and rebuilt

Sandy Shores, remastered

  • The whole town rebuilt — new buildings, new interiors, new detail everywhere you look.
  • The motel, the bar, the laundromat, the Burger Shot and the car lot are all new inside and out.
  • A proper marina out on the Alamo Sea, with reworked beaches and a new bridge.
  • And something got dug in out past the sand that we're not going to point at. Go and find it.

Paleto Bay, rebuilt

  • The same treatment top to bottom — a new sheriff station, a new hospital, new interiors throughout.
  • A ranger station has appeared up in Paleto Forest.
  • Heads-up on both: rebuilding a town moves things. A few doors, counters and marked spots may sit slightly off while we re-survey them. Shout in Discord if something won't open.

Fights last longer now

  • One-tap headshots are gone — weapon choice and body armour matter again.
  • Snipers lost their one-shot too, for now. We want to see how a real fight feels before we touch anything else.
  • NPCs are unchanged. This one is player-versus-player only.

Two new doors to try

  • Weazel News HQ is open — go and have a nose around the newsroom.
  • An indoor karting centre has turned up in Cypress Flats. The building is open to walk now; the karts themselves aren't running yet.

A new showroom, and a hand up off the pavement

Lend a hand

  • You can now pick up and carry another player.
  • They get a prompt to accept or refuse — nobody gets hauled off without a say in it.
  • Ideal for dragging a friend out of trouble, or off the pavement.

Luxury Autos

  • The dealership has moved into a real showroom over on Portola Drive.
  • Walk the floor, take one out for a spin, buy with cash or on finance.

Emergency services

  • Duty gear is free at the armoury — vests, cuffs, radios, ammunition, medical kit and the rest.
  • Weapons and attachments cut by around three quarters.
  • Tasers hold two charges and reload from a cartridge, so there's no endless zapping.
  • Bandages and trauma kits stocked for everyone in uniform.
  • Every station has its own clothing store, and a uniform menu command staff manage themselves.

Three new ways to spend a day

Trucking is a real career now

  • A full haulage operation at the docks — take a contract, load it, deliver it.
  • Run solo or roll out in a convoy with other drivers.
  • Bang the cargo about and it comes off your payout, so mind the corners.
  • Earn into a skill tree: heavier loads, hazmat runs, long hauls, cheaper fuel, better rates.
  • Get far enough and you can start your own company, buy rigs and take on drivers.

Bumper cars

  • An arena has opened on the Chumash shore. Grab a token, pick a car, go and ruin somebody's day.

There's something buried in the sand

  • Metal detectors are out on the beaches. Start at Vespucci; Del Perro, Chumash and Paleto open up as you get better at it.
  • The further out you go, the better the finds.

Emergency services

  • Fleet garages rebuilt around a tight, curated roster.
  • Rigs roll out ready to go — department paint, livery, tint, fully kitted.
  • Rangers pull their own roster and plates at any station. A few specialist units are rank-locked.
  • Law & rescue
  • Roleplay
  • Vehicles

The Sheriff's Office moved. Three times over.

Say it out loud

  • Your /me and /do now float above your head instead of getting lost in the chat box.
  • Only people close enough to be there will see them — no more reading actions from across the map.

Three stations, no Mission Row

  • The Sheriff's Office now runs out of Davis, Sandy Shores and Paleto Bay. Mission Row is closed.
  • Every station has its own armoury, lockers, locker room and fleet garage.
  • Deputies clock on from the job menu wherever they are — no more driving to a duty point.

Los Santos Customs, Burton

  • The city's player-run custom shop is now LS Customs in Burton, across fifteen bays.
  • The other lots stay self-service when nobody's on the clock.

Vehicle performance, round two

  • Every vehicle re-sorted onto a proper ladder, landing on the speed its class says it should.
  • Upgrades still pay off — they just can't launch you into another league.

Lifts that don't leave people behind

  • Hospital elevators rebuilt. Anyone riding with you comes along — escorted suspects, stretchers, wheelchairs, the lot.
  • The helipads are open to everyone now, not just emergency services.

The Rangers have arrived

A third department

  • San Andreas Rangers are now a full law-enforcement department, working out of Beaver Bush Ranger Station.
  • Their own armoury, lockers, locker room and fleet garage.
  • Rangers and the Sheriff's Office share radio channels and one records system — mutual aid is the whole point.

Ink, refined

  • Every tattoo has a darkness slider — softly faded through to full black.
  • A live ink meter shows how much your character can carry before it all turns to mud.
  • Torso designs split by chest, stomach, back and sides instead of one endless list.

Back at the mechanic

  • Engine swaps are back — V6, V8 and V12 blocks, craftable at the bench.
  • Aftermarket parts can be removed and reverted to stock. They used to be permanent.
  • Heads-up: top speeds have been evened out. A fully-upgraded car tops out near what its class should do — upgrades still pay off, they just won't launch you into orbit.

Extra character slots

  • Elite supporters get a fourth character slot, Legend a fifth.
  • Nothing is ever deleted — if a tier lapses, the extra characters simply lock until you're back.

  • Activities

Fishing, completely rebuilt

A whole new sport

  • A new system from the ground up — new rods, new bait, new gear shop.
  • Level up as you fish, all the way to fifty, with better catches showing up as you climb.
  • Five rarities, from everyday common up to the legendary stuff people will ask you about.
  • Rods wear out with use, so keep a spare in the bag.
  • Quests to chase, stats on everything you land, and a leaderboard if you fancy being on it.
  • Crab catching, net casting and diving are all in the mix.

Rodeo comes to Sandy Shores

  • A bull-riding arena is open. Five hundred dollars gets you on the bull.
  • Hang on while it gets faster and meaner the longer you last. The top three scores go up on the board.

Fixed

  • Logging back in after going off inside your property no longer drops you under the map.
  • You spawn inside your place rather than out on the pavement, and once you own a house the starter apartment steps aside.
  • Racing
  • Activities
  • Vehicles

Turn up on foot and go racing

Racing — just turn up

  • No race car? Doesn't matter. Roll up on foot and you'll be handed a spec loaner, so everyone's in identical machinery and it comes down to the driver.
  • Hot laps on your own — set a time on any track even if you're the only one online.
  • Bounties: put cash on a lap time and dare somebody to beat it.
  • Trackside leaderboards, a rematch button on the results screen, and a heads-up when someone opens a race.

Mini golf, rebuilt from scratch

  • The course is back — and the power meter finally does what it says, so no more putts sailing off backwards.
  • Play a full round, practise a single hole, or open a lobby with friends.
  • Rounds and stats are saved, so there's a scorecard to argue about afterwards.

In the garage

  • The customisation menu got a proper going-over — the option you pick actually shows in the box, and it stays picked when you back out of a category.
  • Underglow and xenons are paid add-ons now: buy them once for a car, then change the colour whenever you like.
  • Take an aftermarket part back off and the car properly returns to stock.

The city got interactive

A city you can touch

  • Dumpsters and trash piles are worth a look now — you never know what someone threw out.
  • Vending machines are stocked. Parking meters can be paid… or persuaded.
  • Pull up a chair and actually sit down.

The outfit bag got a fitting room

  • Drop your bag and step into a proper try-on screen — spin your character and see the fit before you commit to it.
  • Wear a whole outfit, or just the hat, the top or the bottoms.
  • Search your wardrobe and star the fits you actually wear.

A fresh coat of paint

  • The city's menus now share one clean look — the dealership, the mechanic, crafting, crew and job menus, racing, hunting, the tattoo studio, restaurant tablets, the player list and the loading screen.
  • The dealership and the mechanic were rebuilt from scratch. Same features, far nicer to use.

One more thing

  • Take a drive up toward the Vinewood hills sometime, and look up at the sign.

Weather comes alive

Weather that means something

  • Real, rolling weather that shifts through the day and changes with the seasons.
  • Clearer skies, heavier storms and everything in between — no two days quite the same.
  • And every so often, keep one eye on the horizon. Something bigger might blow through.

Hunting, reimagined

  • Hunting has been rebuilt from the ground up into a proper career.
  • Missions to take on, a haul to track, and experience that levels your skills as you climb.
  • Crime
  • Work

The big jobs have arrived

The scores you were promised

  • Full-scale heists across the city — the small-town banks, the big downtown vault, the jewellery house.
  • Armoured money trucks, cargo runs and high-end car boosts.
  • Drill, hack, blow the doors, crack the safes — a whole lineup of minigames.
  • Go solo on the quick ones, or roll deep with a crew and split the payout. Then fence the loot and lie low.

Strike it rich

  • Mining — grab a pickaxe and work the quarry. Better tools dig faster, and wear down, so keep a spare.
  • Pan the riverbeds, wash and crack your hauls, smelt ore into bars.
  • Cut raw gems and craft them into jewellery worth real money, levelling a whole set of skills as you go.

Farm fresh

  • Fruit orchards have sprung up across the map — stroll up to a tree and pick your haul.
  • Greenhouses out in Grapeseed growing fresh veg and wild mushrooms, perfect for keeping the restaurants supplied.

Odds and ends

  • Mystery boxes with a plushie inside. Collect the set and keep them in a plushie bag.
  • Megaphones — be heard across the block, broadcast from a driver's seat or a chopper, or work a crowd from the stage mic.

Ink, housing and a casino makeover

Get inked

  • A new immersive tattoo studio — take a seat in the chair, browse the designs, and watch the ink go on.
  • Build your whole look before you commit a single dollar.

Housing upgrade

  • A full overhaul — smoother buying, owning and decorating.
  • Every citizen gets a free starter apartment. No rent, no bills, no catch.
  • Log out at home, wake up at home, right at your own front door.
  • Property deals now go through a licensed realtor.

Fun and games

  • The casino got a top-to-bottom makeover at the Town Resort & Casino, with a bar on the other side of the room.
  • A bowling alley and a laser tag arena, both open.

For the streets

  • Vehicle boosting — take contracts, dodge the trackers, and work your way up to the big-league rides.
  • Crack ATMs and knock over stores for quick scores.

City life

  • Hold up to three jobs at once, managed from one menu.
  • Outfit bags — drop a bag and share your fits with friends.
  • Ride the aerial tramway. Best views in San Andreas.

Emergency services

  • The departments took on new identities: the Los Santos Sheriff's Office and San Andreas Fire Rescue.
  • Panic and backup calls for crews in trouble — help is one press away.
  • Set your rig up at the station garage: liveries, extras, a wash and a repair.
